1. Shipping & Courier Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, WICK AND WAX is no longer responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit. Please contact the courier directly for tracking or delivery issues. Waybill numbers will be provided to assist you with tracking.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance.

3. Custom Orders

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients before purchase. Use at your own discretion. If sensitivities are known, kindly request an ingredient list from WICK AND WAX prior to purchase. This will be gladly provided.

5. Candle Safety

Always follow safety instructions when burning candles. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, children, and pets. WICK AND WAX is not liable for misuse of products. WICK AND WAX bears no responsibility for damage caused following use of our products, including injury or loss of life. All products are purchased and used solely at the risk of the consumer.

6. Color & Scent Variation

As our candles are handmade, slight variations in color, scent strength, and appearance may occur. This does not affect product quality.

7. Environmental Conditions

Candles may soften or sweat in high heat. Please store in a cool, dry place. We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier company directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

10. Bulk / Wholesale Orders

Bulk or wholesale orders may have different lead times and return conditions.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

12. Eco-Friendly / Sustainability

We use eco-conscious packaging materials where possible. Please recycle or reuse our packaging to reduce waste.
